  1. I found chapter six to be a bit boring, because it as mostly just flashbacks of when Katy was younger. Her and her mother were just reminiscing about the past while they looked through their picture album or what her mom called the memory book. However there was one particular flashback story that I found very amusing. The one where Katy and her parents went over to the Wood’s cottage for the fourth of July. The best part was when Katy wandered off into the tall grasses by the beach while she followed a toad. I though it was clever of her when she kept quiet as everyone else began to frantically call out to hr as they finally noticed she was missing.

  2. Both of Peggy and her sister Nell have Thursday off. One day, Nell comes to see Peggy and they stay together to talking about grown-up girl's stuff to laugh. Katy feels like she is left alone and finds her mother is doing something. It is an album that called "memory book". Katy sees it and it flashes back her old memories with Jessie. After seeing the pictures, Katy pretend for an instant that Peggy and Nell are like Katy herself and Jessie in the picture

  3. Nell, Peggy ‘s older sister came to katys house and they both walked up to peggy’s room, katy felt as if she was being left out, katys mother called her when katy showed up katys mother showed a picture of katy and her best friend, she remembered the picture and began to think (remember) about the past when she hid from her family and her family went looking for her, I would never play silly things like this to my family because I don’t want to be in a serious trouble after hoidi ng form them for al most like maybe an hour or so.

  4. This chapter was okay. It made me remind my childhood and my best friends. Nell came to see her sister Peggy late on a Thursday afternoon because she doesn’t have any work to do. I think Katy was really jealous because they were chattering, laughing, and having a great time. And I guess Katy like to spend time with others. But it was more interesting, when I read one of the Katy’s childhood memories. It seems she spend a great time with her family and her best friend Jessie. I think she understood Nell and Peggy, when she saw the picture of herself and Jessie.

  5. CHapter six didnt really talk about much. No excitement Katy and her mother was just flipping pages on the album of Katy when she was younger, an album Katy's mother called "Memory Book". Another part that kept me up was when KAty followed the toad along the beach and everyone thought she went missing. I thought it was funny how she kept her mouth shut while everyone was yelling her name out. She was a crazy child. Other than that, chapter six was boring.

  6. I think I like this chapter because it talks about Katy and her friends, they go out on this snowy day to go make a snow man and to go sleds. It shows how much Katy wants to have fun with a lot of people. I like the fact that Katy would always mention Jacob’s name for most stuff she like to do. I think Katy wants to be Jacob friend but Jacob doesn’t want Katy to be his friend. It’s kind of nice to know that Nellie (Peggy’s sister) likes Paul (Austin’s brother). I think I enjoy this chapter most because it makes me want to be there to see all of them smiling.

  7. It’s confusing how they talk about Fourthofjuly (how they said it in the book) during January. I’m only guessing is that she wrote that in on this date, but why? Anyways when Katharine left Jessie, and Jessie got in trouble that reminded me of my childhood. When I was young it wasn’t like I exactly knew what I was doing, and so often got other people in trouble. I bet Katharine really wants a sister now that Nellie and Peggy start talking to each other about “grown-up” things. I know the jealousy she felt and that’s the reason why she went to her mom for comfort. It’s good they bonded through the memory book and looked at the past.
