  2. Chapter 13,
I like chapter thirteen because it really showed how much people cared for one another. When Mitch stood up for Kate, it proved that he still loves her even after she put him through a lot of BS. Teri seemed the same, mean and bossy… When Mitch got straight-up with Teri, I was surprise I thought everyone was scared to talk to her like that. It seems like Kate was missing a friend, I notice that her and Teri got closer and the way she ran after Teri when Mitch told her off was very friendly of Kate. There was so much drama in this chapter. I’ am glad that Kate and Teri are in good terms now, that’s how I wanted the story to end.

I really enjoyed this book, the chapters were long, however it’s still a nice story.

  3. Kate and Travis was fight…why they fight they are friends? I think friends never doing fight because both hurt their mind. But in my homeland, Korea proverb to said, “Friend is fight, but got a more emotion.” So, friend is sometimes fights but they are really intimate. So, boys are fight. Then tomorrow they will be close again but sometimes are not….When I was in elementary. My best friend had fight. But they are not amicable. Fight, cause was misunderstands. So, I tell the truth and then my best friend’s do amicable. I think people fight cause of misunderstand. So, people care more of each another.

  4. I really thought this book at first was dumb and wouldn’t have a moral ending. But when I finished it and it had that significant ending that could make me change something in my life or change my views toward life. This book was great and it showed so much emotions and ideal judging a person. Not to judge, but to get to know the person first, rather than judging them on how they look or act. Sometimes people go through disturbing things and their left with that reminder in their head. No one knows, only he/she knows, and no one to share it to. I am finally done reading this book; thank you Ms. Napalan for giving something interesting to read. I hope the next books you assign us will be as this interesting.

  6. Finally!LAST CHAPTER!

Kate finally and accidently met Teri at the restaurant..But as I knew, Teri did not bahave and kept bugging Kate. And Mitch went straight to the point about how Kate feels about Teri when Teri sat in front of Kate. However, I can not understand why Kate tries to hide her feelings and thoughts from others..If I were Kate, I will show my anger and burst to her what disaster Teri brought to my life. Basically, Kate did not do anything wrong to Teri and it seems like Kate is deserving what she's not supposed to deserve.

Anyway...at the ending story, Kate and Teri finally face to face each other. When Kate told Teri that she will think about going to an university next year..I could not really get what she meant. I thought her decision is not wise because to me, she is wasting her time. Although their friendship went back to normal, i did not like the ENDING. Even though Teri lost her son, I think her attitude has a big problem.. AND!!!!!!!!!!!! I really did not like this book's story line...when the author mentioned same thing over and over again without bringing out new, interesting events.

  7. Last…Chapter! I don’t know why it was so long book for me…at the restaurant, Kate and her friends met Teri. And finally somebody stood up for Kate, told Teri how Kate was having hard time because of Teri. I think Teri finally understood how much Kate cares about her. I think it is kind of new for Teri, because nobody talked straight up to Teri in this story until the last chapter. And Kate decides to go to the college next year. Well it seems is kind of bad decision, but a lot of things happened to her like hurricane. Maybe she need time to rest, and I believe she knows what she is doing. She will be fine; she is a smart girl, who faced all kinds of disasters.

  8. I liked this chapter a lot. I’d say that it was the best amongst everything else. It ended exactly how I wanted it too. Like, Kate and Teri becoming good friends, Kate and her boyfriend working things out, etc. I was actually really surprised by the way Mitch stood up for Kate at the restaurant or whatever. It really showed how much he loved her. I thought Teri was going to punch him in the face or something, but I’m glad that she didn’t. Mitch did the right thing. I’m so happy that Teri and Kate are going to become good friends now. I gotta say; this book was a long one, but it was a nice story.

  9. All problems solved in this chapter. Everything worked out just great. Mitch threw a fast pitch when he stood up for Kate. That was sweet of him. He must really like her. Teri gave back Kate’s watch. I give Teri props for giving it back, it wasn’t nice of her in the first place though. Kate and her boyfriend finally worked their problems out. Kate and Teri also became good friends. I’m glad their friends. Kate could much likely be Teri’s role model. She [kate] plans to go to college the following year, It’s not bad, at the least she is still going to go to college. But I didn’t say it was right either. It’s her choice though. I like this chapter. I like how everything turned out great in the end. It just shows that no matter what life throws at you, you should remain standing through.

  10. its kind of nice how someone stood up to Teri, no one ever stood up to her, so she probably doesnt know what to do but run off.and the way Kate ran off for teri was so nice.Teri now knows how much Kate cares for her.and having someone care for you, after no one ever did is really a nice feeling.Kate is telling Teri she might go to a university and thats a good thing.ohh!i also think Teri should quit smoking, i mean it isnt going to help her out, but make her lungs worse.

  11. Finally. chapter 13,. the end of story.
All problems solved in this chapter.
Everyone will be good, everything also will be good. whatever, life just want to continue. Hope Mitch, Kate,Kate's friends and Teri will will be good and good. In the end, he, the Teri was to do like that , i just said, alright, better than before. Kate with him worked their problems out. That is good. And Kate will be went to collage for following year, also good. Finally, every problem have worked out, I hope. in the next, everybody will better than before and even happy. The story is like that , yet.? start, experience, then end. The story just tell anyone how live your life and solve your life problem. Don't give up your life and your friends.
