ReplyDeleteI think amber and her friends moved aside because they now realized that what they did was wrong.I think they also figured that even they themselves have to go through the not only the flooding trouble but through many others as well. I belive this change is good for Tree and his friends especially Sophie because they won't be insulted or bothered by the bad people in this story. Maybe courage too was a part of this change and if they didn't cooperate with each other then none of this would ever happen. I think what he meant by phantom pain does get better is that the pain inside you wil heal when the time of happiness comes.
The house is finally almost fixed. I'm so glad the house is okay because I was so worried that Tree might go through another depressing problem like his parents' divorce. Before his brothers leave, he gives them a neat present. I think this is an important part of this chapter because it really proves how much they tresure their family. I think Amber and her friends moved aside when Tree and Sophie were walking because they finally realized how Tree and Sophie could really be a great friend. They know that these two don't take revenge even though things aren't fair for them. They know how strong they are now. I think this change is good because now Tree and Sophie doesn't have to be treated unfairly and there's actually a chance to be friends with Amber. I know that Tree and Sophie will forgive them. It is really touching to see a family do things together and bond it’s like you having a really good relation with a girl. I think they all did great and they should all just go back to their daily routines. ReplyDeleteI think that Tree and Sophie have this great courage that Amber and her friends noticed. So I think that they can’t ever misjudge them again. However I think that it’s good to change for the better. I think that it’s good for Tree and his friends because they’ve always been stepped on but now is their chance to make a change and shine. Sophie is a good friend too. She helps Tree to stand up for himself. It’s good that she became a part in Tree’s friendship. I think that both of them make a whole. They understand each other and that they are going through similar problems. Sophie and Tree are going to make a difference along with Tree’s friends. The sardines, in this case, were very tasty but also, very small, making the effort/meat ratio a bit high for my preferences. However, the little bits of sardine I did get are packed with omega-3 fatty acids and are downright delicious. Top this off with a side of hearty and dark mushroom quinoa risotto, and you’ve got yourself a very filling dish that is high in protein, and tasty in the palate. Wash it all down with a Lagunitas IPA, and you’ll definitely know you’re living the good life!

At first, I didn’t think it would be all that interesting, but as I kept reading, it wasn’t so boring after all. I would probably rate this book at around 7-8. It was much better than the catalyst which had repeating situations and no specific theme. This book had an interesting beginning which questioned me whether this story is going to be horror or romantic. At first, I didn’t think it would be all that interesting, but as I kept reading, it wasn’t so boring after all. I wouldn’t change anything about this book because if I changed something then it wouldn’t be interesting anymore. My favorite part was when Lina and Doon finally found the way out of Ember.
My overall opinion on the City of Ember is that the book is a great piece. It had an exclusive ending which made me want to read the second part. LanyardsI would probably rate this book at around 7-8. It was much better than the catalyst which had repeating situations and no specific theme. This book had an interesting beginning which questioned me whether this story is going to be horror or romantic. I like the part Doon and Lina had a specific reason and motivation to reach the unknown place. In order to find the way, they had a rising point.
