Saipan Southern High School book club members and other island teens discuss their books of interest by writing their thoughts about the book choice of the month.
Chapter five was really interesting, I really enjoyed reading it. I like the part where Simon was telling Alex and Tim what the candles were for, I also like how he made Alex and Tim understand the word HONOR. I also like how it was easy for him to answer Alex and Tim’s questions. I also like the part where Alex was deciding whether to tell about Stacie’s dad, because I could tell she wants too, but she wants to keep that secrecy. I could already tell Stacy is bad news, I thought it was crazy how she told them that Tim belongs to Alex and Alex belongs to Simon. God, I’d be grossed out if I was in heat situation. I thought it was funny how Alex was trying to tell her parents about Stacy, and her father keeps filling in, so hilarious.
Stacy went around the school that Alex likes their teacher Simon students that she even barely know they would ask her if its true or not she tells them not to believe Stacy because she’s just lying to them she was so embarrassed the students in her class would stare at her while she’s walking into the class. If I was in these situation where someone would go around and tell lies about me probably I’m going to do something about it I would deal with this person in a bad and rough way no mercy for these type of people.
I like all of the emotions on the field during the soccer game. Which I totally agree is that if I am playing on the field and someone whom I interested cheers me up, I really could not concentrate on the game. Same as I am, the boy, who plays soccer, seems to love soccer. Until I finish to read this chapter, I like this book, because it is about soccer, as the story goes, it is boring and giving me no impresses.
In this chapter I feel sorry for Saimon. He told Tim and Alex about his brother who died in a car or motorcycle accident. I think the funny part was when Saimon and his brother just start running down the mountain till they both rich the bottom, I think that’s the funniest part in this chapter. What I dislike about his chapter is Stacy is tell students that Saimon have something with Alex and Alex have something with Tim and Tim have something with Saimon. I think that it’s stupid of Stacy to do such a thing even though Alex didn’t do anything to her.
This chapter was really interesting to me. When I read the first part of this chapter I was wondering about a candle and a baked clay holder. And I was so touched and felt so sad when Simon talks about his brother who died five years ago. Simon said he died from motorcycle accident. I think his brother; Andrew was a great teacher to Simon because Simon said he was the one who taught him exhilaration. And I felt little awkward when Stacy got all the wrong people matched up. But I guess she said those weird things because she wants to get people’s attention.
i think that this chapter was alright.when simon talks about when his brother dies i think that it is just so sad.i dont like stacy in this chapter because she goes around telling people lies about simon. tim and alex.i think stacy is trhe kind of person who no body will ever want to hang out with after they all find out the truth about her.instead of trying to look good in the school she is trying to make people hate her and make them think that she is a liar.
