Chapter 10 - All American Girl
Please post your thoughts and comments on Chapter 10 of All American Girl here.
I think this chapter was a very exciting chapter because everyone is talking about Samantha the new hero of the year. I think she’s getting pretty tired of it though. I think it’s nice and brave of her to do such thing but then again she should’ve have skipped out on art class. It’s funny too in this chapter because Lucy on the other hand is almost like Sam’s assistance and Sam really don’t like it. I know she’s just helping her sister out but really Sam don’t need any help from Lucy. I think its funny how Lucy is trying to run Sam’s schedule and all. I like how Sam is famous and all, but really people before didn’t know her or more like she was visible to everyone. But now she is like a famous person who everyone dying for. I think in this chapter she deserves more than just dinner at the white house. I see how David has something for her who is kind of cute but she on the other hand has something for Jack her sister’s boyfriend. I think this chapter was pretty alright and funny too in a way.
I think that in this chapter Sam got the right to not go to Kris party because of what she did to her I think that it’s stupid of her just to call her and tell her that she is inviting her to her party. I think that Kris is just using her to get popular too just like the other people in school. I think it’s rude of those people who left messages because when Sam was just Sam everybody including the sister herself don’t Know Sam. I think should just forget about all those people who ask her to go to their party because Sam has a real friend who had been there since long time ago and that’s Catherine. I think that it was kind of rude for that art teacher Ms. Susan Boone to blackmail Sam like that I think that all she wanted was to be well known too I think she used Sam just like the rest of those people at Sam’s school.
Sam now is being invited to several parties and she’s wondering why are all of this people all off a sudden are being her friend, I think they are just being friendly this time because they now know what sam is capable of doing like in a man way of doing, and im also thinking that this Kris girl is just inviting Sam because she wants to be seen on TV either people to see her, this Kris girl in just a conceited type a girl and a popular girl at school, I so dislike this type of people who just pretends to be my friend and stuff..
Although, Samantha saved the president’s life, she was feeling afraid that what if her parents will know about that their daughter skipped the art class and hung around outside during the class period and just jumped on the man, who was aiming his gun to the president, by chance. Susan left a message that she wanted to talked to Samantha. Samantha thought over and over again and called back to Susan. Surprisingly, Susan told Samantha should be back on Tuesday and she needed to see the art instead think about imagination.
