  1. Well, while I was reading through this chapter its amazing how her dad had to spend five hundred dollars to Dr. Lee, just because the dog had a problem of its own name. That part was really funny read (laugh out loud. And it really shows how much she hates her sister, Lucy. On some parts of the chapter was kind of funny. I can see my life in Samantha’s life too how everything doesn’t go her way. Even her friend is like my friends very understanding. It showed how much she likes to draw but hates going to art classes, me too but I love to draw and don’t take rat classes. But all I can say is its funny and some parts are really funny. This is a great book.

  2. I like what Sam talks about in this chapter like how her sister Rebecca goes to a nerdy school almost like special-ed. Her sister in the other hand Lucy didn’t really want to be seen in a public place with how Sam is. I mean why be so mean when you u can get along just fine with each other. I like this chapter to because Sam talks about her old best friend Kris. Sam speaks of her in so many ways just after the way Kris treated her, when she moved back from Morocco and I think she should because that’s not how to treat a close friend who just got back. There is just something about this chapter that makes me laugh in way. I think its cause Lucy is always embarrassed around her sisters and maybe just maybe Samantha the most. I can’t wait to find out what is in the next chapters to come and I’m excited to find out what happens between the two who can’t get along at times.

  3. Samantha loves art and she knows how to draw already, but has to go to learn drawing because of her sister Lucy. Samantha tells her friend Catherine and she also does not understand why Sam should go to learn art. However, Lucy is a cheerleader of the football team which her boyfriend Jack is joining. Lucy is a stylish girl and she hangs around with cool boys and girls in her school, but even though Sam goes same school as Lucy go, Sam plays with not cool students.

  4. I like the fact that sam can actually draw celebrities with her friends, I mean I want my picture drawn next to Eminem acting like I was actually with him. I think that sam have the talent of drawing and she got the right to keep the talent. I kind of feel sorry for sam because everything that she does is always wrong in her family she’s always getting into big trouble and plus she likes her sister’s boy-friend so I think she got the right to keep liking what she want to like. I hate the fact that the parents are more into what the oldest is going then the middle child. I think that the parent should at least pay attention to what the middle child is doing because they might not know what might happen to them.

  5. Samantha and her close friend Catherine were on their way to their houses, Sam’s father pulled right next to them and asked both of them if they wanted to follow them go and watch Lucy’s cheerleading team cheer today on a football game, but in the other hand Lucy didn’t want to take Sam with them because she didn’t want anybody to see her with Sam in the public. She was ok with her parents following her to the game.. Uhhh!! If I had a brother like this girl Lucy who doesn’t want me around in public and ignoring me like were not sibling’s I would find a way to make him stop it.

  6. This "Kris Parks" girl sounds like a very mean and cruel traitor who happens to be fairly popular. Like Samantha, I don't like those kind of friends who turned out to be a spy who sooner or later will back-stab you until you finally realize and say, "What's going on?" I've never really had a friend who betrayed me, but I've seen many of my other friends who've experienced such unfortunate situations. Sometimes I just don't understand why people trade friendship and trust for popularity and fame; it's definitely uncool!

  7. I like this chapter. It was pretty interesting for me. I like the fact that Samantha can draw especially celebrities but has to take art class because of what crazy Lucy did. I think Samantha is pretty talented, I mean for a young girl that can draw celebrities, damn that’s something. Lucy on the other hand, is just being crazy about how Sam looks and acts. I mean she doesn’t even want to be seen with Sam in public, and that’s her sister. I think Lucy needs to get over herself, typical cheerleader. I like Sam as a character here.
